Dynamic 3D Solutions Welcomes Tony Smith

St. Charles, MO/Columbia, IL – Dynamic 3D Solutions, LLC (D3DS) today announces the addition of Tony Smith as Director of Engineering & Business Development to our talented staff of engineering, design & 3D laser scanning specialists. In this role Tony is responsible for directing the operational excellence of the engineering and business development groups. Tony is a strong and experienced Engineer, Project Manager, and Engineering Manager capable of managing multiple projects from concept to startup. D3DS now has over 141 Years of industry experience, in our Management Team alone. The addition of Tony further solidifies D3DS as a technological leader in the engineering, design, and 3D laser scanning market.

Background – Tony brings over 28 years of experience in mechanical engineering and project management to D3DS. Tony has strong technical and leadership skills and has overseen projects in almost every process and industrial field, including oil & gas, specialty chemical, biogas, food & beverage, power, and energy. He has managed projects and engineering groups for projects as large as $3.5B simultaneously. Tony has worked for some of the largest EPC’s and process firms, including Black & Veatch, Abengoa, and Monsanto and he brings his skills and extensive knowledge to our clients and projects. Tony’s strong process, mechanical, and piping experience along with his clientcentric approach fit our company’s strengths very well. Tony has a BSME from the University of Missouri-Rolla and currently has Professional Engineering licenses in 16 states.
